As a data privacy and security company, we practice what we preach. We value the privacy of our customers, prospects, partners, visitors, and users. This policy describes the information that we collect and process via qualfront.com, and the rights of data subjects and visitors to this site.

Qualfront may collect information about data subjects in one of three ways via qualfront.com:

 

  • Session information, such as the device, browser, geographical location, and IP address

  • Via cookies, if the data subject has agreed to their use

  • Via our contact form, if the data subject has submitted a request

 

This information shall be retained for a period of seven years, unless otherwise directed per the data subject rights described below.

 

HOW WE USE AND SHARE COLLECTED INFORMATION

 

If a data subject has voluntarily submitted information via our contact form, we will only use this information for the purpose of addressing and responding to the request. Contact information collected via the contact form will not be shared with anyone outside of Qualfront (unless directed and agreed upon by the data subject).

 

Session data is used solely for web site visitor analysis via Google Analytics and is not shared with any third-parties other than Google.  Cookie information (if agreed to by the data subject) is also used solely for web traffic analysis via Google Analytics, but can be disabled at any time per our data subject rights.

 

THIRD-PARTY STORAGE OF COLLECTED INFORMATION

 

The information that we collect via qualfront.com is stored remotely by our hosting provider, Wix. This information is protected from unauthorized access in multiple ways, including:

 

  • Wix’s Enterprise Grade Security, including ISO 27001 certification and hosting on SOC 2 audited data centers

  • Through secure HTTPS communication using TLS 1.2

  • Use of strong passwords and multi-factor authentication

 

Session and cookie information is also accessed by Google Analytics, and is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.

 

RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT

 

At Qualfront, data subjects are in control of their information. At any time data subjects may:

 

  • Withdraw consent to store and process data

  • Request information on how their data has been used and processed

  • Request copies of their personally identifiable information and associated content

  • Request to update their personally identifiable information if deemed inaccurate

  • Request to erase their personally identifiable information

 

Requests will be evaluated and responded to within three business days.
